Return Policy & Plant Warranty
Nicholas Alexander Home & Garden works hard to provide you professional advice, great value, and quality garden products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or credit your purchase subject to the following guidelines:
RETURN POLICY
Refunds or credits will ONLY be issued for saleable product in the same condition it was purchased.
ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your applicable method of payment.
ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by original receipt within 30 days of purchase for an in-store credit.
ALL RETURNS on sale items must be accompanied by original receipt within 7 days of purchase for a full refund to your applicable method of payment.
ALL RETURNS on sale items must be accompanied by original receipt within 14 days of purchase for an in-store credit.
Saleable trees and shrubs returned after 14 days will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
All Clearance items are FINAL SALE

Bulk Products, Annuals (including hanging baskets and planters) and Tropicals
Nicholas Alexander Home & Garden reserves the right:
To refuse an exchange/return without a receipt
To alter or void these policies at any time
NURSERY GUARANTEE
All hardy trees, shrubs, evergreens and fruit plants are guaranteed until Oct 31 of the growing season
Plant material will only be replaced once
Additional:
Nicholas Alexander Home & Garden will not accept the return of damaged products or products that have not been properly watered, except in cases where products were damaged prior to delivery or during. The onus of proof of damage prior to delivery resides with the customer. Please water your plants upon arrival and give them water daily until planting, once planted continue to water daily for the next two weeks and then water every second day for then next week after and once every 3 days after that. If your plant is looking droopy or dry then water immediately.
We offer a full season warranty (Oct 31st of each year) on our hardy plants as long as they have been properly cared for. Plants that have been damaged due to improper planting, wild life, improper watering or any other way that is out of our control will not be covered in our warranty program. This warranty only covers one replacement and does not give you one (1) more season of warranty when it is replaced.
